Reshape led the evolution of the Caulfield Village vision through Stage 9, Caulfield Place, identifying the site’s highest and best use and aligning it with the broader objective of creating an active precinct connected to Caulfield’s transport, education and recreation anchors.

Reshape converted that strategy into a deliverable project, leading the design, planning approval, project financing, procurement, construction and handover, and continuing through leasing and day-to-day operations. This end-to-end involvement gives us direct insight into market demand, operating efficiency, resident preferences and long-term asset performance, informing how we create places that operate well and that residents genuinely value and want to live in.
