Transforming lives through innovative social housing

Award-winning redevelopment delivers 54 modern apartments for those in need.

Reshape Development led the re-design of a dilapidated block of 17 units into 54 brand-new, self-contained apartments in Melbourne's west. This social housing project provides safe, modern homes for individuals who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness. Funded in part by the Victorian Property Fund, the development prioritises resident well-being with features like natural light, communal spaces, energy efficiency, and enhanced safety. Recognised with the UDIA National Award for Excellence in 2021, the building also houses a Place Management Office, offering personalised support to help residents thrive and connect with their community.
