16 storey student living and Build-to-Rent community reshape urban accommodation

This transformative Build-to-Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project is set in two stages. The first stage delivers a 16-level student facility featuring 640 beds, including single studios, four-bed clusters, and accessible rooms. With a rooftop pool, entertainment lounge, and shared service areas, it enhances student life with modern comforts. Following this, the redevelopment of the Dwell site will complete the Build-to-Rent portion, offering a vibrant urban community.
