Steven is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with more than 10 years of accounting experience, including seven years in property development and three years in public practice supporting property developer clients.
Known for his precise and diligent approach, he specialises in complex financial reporting, financial modelling, business integration, GST, tax compliance and capital gains tax.
Steven consistently delivers high quality outcomes while managing diverse stakeholder requirements. Fluent in Mandarin, he combines strong technical expertise with the ability to support a broad and diverse client base.
Paul Menzies
Construction Manager
Paul is a highly experienced Construction Manager with more than 40 years in the construction industry. Starting as an apprentice, he progressed to Site Manager before advancing to Construction Manager through his strong leadership and problem solving abilities.
He brings a practical, solutions focused approach to every project, supported by deep technical expertise, clear communication and collaborative leadership. Paul is committed to delivering high quality outcomes while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and project teams.
