DEVELOPMENT PROPOSITION

Reshape Development led and managed a competitive bid for development rights to the land on behalf of BPG Caulfield Village, a joint venture between the Beck Property Group and Probuild. The local consortium fought off strong competition from other national property players to secure the rights.

HOW WE RESHAPED THE VISION

The planning framework for the site proposes a mixed use development over three precincts. The project masterplan delivers a diverse offering of residential living, specialty retail, a supermarket, and commercial space within a walkable village with access to nearby public transport and road/freeway connections.

FOR THIS PROJECT
  • A tested development proposition was necessary to inform the bid: We drove the design concept, managed production of all necessary collateral during the bid process, and completed financial testing, commercial negotiations and financial close.
